FIFA Normalisation Committee asks government for US$ 1.5 Million Featured

The four-member committee led by Dr. Kofi Amoah in a meeting with parliament select committee on Youth and Sports indicated the Normalisation Committee will need US$ 1.5 Million to effectively manage and reform the Football Association. 

The committee which was necessitated by an exposee by ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas who exposed the frost in the Ghana Football Association, and consequently FIFA dissolving the executive committee and in its place the Normalisation Committee.

In a meeting with the parliament select committee on Youth and Sports, the Normalisation Committee (NC) demanded US$ 1.5 Million in order for them to "bring football back". The NC indicated that the money is ment to fund a new competition to be organised for the local clubs in order to get the local clubs active in this off-season. The money will as well cover other administrative activities.
