Swansea City manager Graham Potters has revealed Ghana striker Jordan Ayew who’s a target for premier league sides Fulham and Crystal Palace has gone AWOL in a bid to force a move out of the Liberty Stadium.

According to the manager, Jordan has refused to train with the first and feels the player isn’t doing himself and the club any good.

Ayew, 26, was the Swans' top scorer as they were relegated from the Premier League last season.

But the striker is now hoping to force a move away from South Wales, with Crystal Palace or Fulham his most likely destinations.

"There's no further news on Jordan - he's just not been here," Swansea manager Graham Potter said.

"That tells you that he's not part of what we're trying to do, by his own actions."

"It's whether we can get a good enough deal for the club. Otherwise, that's going to be an interesting time for him."
