FINAL WHISTLE CLAIM VALIDUS SCALP

A rampant display by the valiant Final Whistle Sporting Club boys, saw them beat Vision FC's junior side, Validus FC by 4 goals to nil in zone four of the Greater Accra Regional Division Two league. 

 
The hosts started off brightly and scored with their very first attack. Richmond Adade made no mistake after being put through to slot home for a 1 nil lead. Clement Amanteak added a second shortly after going past 3 Validus defenders and coolly slotting home to give the hosts a comfortable lead at the break. 
 
The second half however, saw somewhat of a resurgence from Validus who took the game b the scruff of the neck. Andrew Okyere however came to the rescue of his team who after being put through, beat of a challenge from a Validus defender and beat the keeper to give the hosts a 3-0 lead. 
Theophilus Djarbeng another a manner which caused some debate from the Validus touchline. Despite not being offside, the flag was up from the linesman yet the referee overruled his counterpart to give Final Whistle the goal.
 
A late charge from the away side couldnt fetch them a consolation goal and it ended up being a rout for the league leaders.

Final Whistle Sporting Club won a tightly contested game against Spartans FC at the Marina Park, Ashalley Botwe Lakeside, in zone 4 of the Greater Accra Regional Division 2 league on Wednesday.

 
The hosts Spartans FC, put in a valiant effort but still went down by a single goal to nil to the league leaders, Final Whistle.
 
The game kicked off with the little tension due to complaints from the hosts about the level of officiating  in the reverse fixture. It was a very open fist half which lacked goals due to some very strong defending from Final Whistle.
The deadlock was however broken in the second half by forward Andrews Okyere. The striker headed home from a corner after some tussling in the box. Final Whistle held on for dear life to maintain their strangle hold on top of the league table thanks to some fantastic saves by young goalie Abu Salaam Halidu.

FINAL WHISTLE 7-0 AKORLEY SUPER HEROES

Final Whistle Sporting Club totally vanquished a hapless Akorley Super Heroes 7-0 in a dominant display at the Bright Future Park, Amasaman on Sunday 29th October, 2017 in zone 4 of the Greater Accra Regional Division 2 league. 

 
The match which was originally scheduled a day earlier was rained off and had to be played within 24 hours. Due to the schedules of the  referees for the day, the match had to be played in the morning. The match kicked off at 9 and within a 5 minutes, the hosts had already taken a 2 goal lead through forwards, Richmond Adade and an own goal by the Akorley keeper. It was constant pressure form the home team who added a third from a corner through forward, Rulin Edwards who managed a hattrick on the day. 
 
After the recess, Rulin added two goals to his tally with Theophilus Djarbeng and Richmond Adade adding one goal to put a gloss on a scoreline and total embarrassment for the team from Okushibri.
