Niger's luck runs out as Ghana reaches U17-AFCON final

Ghana earned a final clash after dispatching a disappointing Niger 6-5 on penalties in the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations Wednesday.
Much fancied Ghana had a great chance to win it in normal time but the twinkle-twinkle Starlets volleyed wide from close ranges to leave the game scoreless after 90 minutes.
Striking engine, Emmanuel Toku expertly scored the final kick to hand victory to the Starlets.
The win puts Ghana into the final, while Guinea will face Mali in the other semi-final clash.
Ghana, who were in total control in the second half, were run ragged - and their split-personality performance will be a major concern for coach Paa Kwesi Fabin.
