Antonio Conte’s reign at Chelsea FC draws closer to a bizarre end with the imminent arrival of Napoli trainer Maurizio Sari in deal worth $5 million for three years.
Conte endured a torrid second campaign at Stand Ford Bridge that saw him lose the dressing room as Chelsea FC missed out on a top four spot in a nightmare season for the former Juventus tactician.
Reports in Italians newspapers however confirmed that Antonio Conte has been given an escape route out his nightmare with the imminent arrival of compatriot, Maurizio Sari at the fearsome Bridge.
Sari led Napoli to the brisk of Serie A glory and has been tipped as the possible replacement for Conte at the Stand Ford Bridge.
The former Napoli trainer will be assisted by a Chelsea legend, Giofranco Zola, in the new looking Chelsea backroom staff heading into the 2018/19 premier league campaign.
Chelsea will reportedly part with a handsome $2million for the services of the former Napoli gaffer whiles an annual salary of $3million is been tabled by the London based side.
